Israeli wonderkid Oscar Gloukh is heading to Ibrox in a stunning £8m swoop!

Meanwhile in the real world The Tribute Act can’t come up with the £2.5m needed to sign PAOK misfit Antonio Colak.

It is three transfer windows and two years since the last proper transfer fees were sanctioned from Ibrox with Cedric Itten, Ianis Hagi and Kemar Roofe bought for a combined £10m.

Even the gullible are starting to work out that there is no longer a Magic Money Tree but the need to appear big time while Celtic sign two £6m players ensures that tales like Gloukh see the light of day.

Covering the U-19 European Championships where Israel face England in the final, The Sun reports:

And scouts from Rangers were watching him in Israel’s 2-1 semi-final win against France at Dunajska Streda in Slovakia this week with local reports claiming Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side are leading the way to sign Gloukh, who only made his debut last season.

However, the Tel Aviv club have made it clear they are in no rush to sell their highly-rated young talent, who only signed a two-year contract earlier this year and they are already trying to persuade him to extend it.

Maccabi Tel Aviv manager Vladimir Ivic stated: “We do not want to sell him and we are currently trying to get him to sign a new contract for another four years.

“He wouldn’t be sold unless a team offered £8 million for him. The most important thing is that the speculation surrounding his future won’t have any impact on him because he’s a very level-headed kid.”

Despite preparing an £8m transfer fee the Ibrox club are unable to find the funds to offer new contracts to Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent and Joe Aribo.

Yesterday Nir Bitton signed a two year contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv. The u-19 European Championship Finals will be scouted by every top division club in Europe.

More pish and bollocks designed to appease the gullibillies, the dumbest fans in football.

Think the ‘best’ that sevco can do is to repeat the headlines-grabbing Ramsey loan.

Maybe this time, get a player who can actually play 90 minutes?

Perhaps another fringe, veteran player from the EPL this time – e.g. from Aston Villa? 🙂
