On the back of the significant undisclosed fee that took Joe Aribo to Southampton Celtic have pulled off a similar deal.
According to Anthony Joseph the hoops have managed to rake in a significant fee for Boli Bolingoli who has today joined Belgian side Mechelen.
The Sky Sports News reporter doesn’t deny his fondness for Celtic but his humour isn’t likely to be appreciated across the city.

The 27-year-old has agreed a two-year deal with the Belgian club.

Getting Bolingoli finally out the door brings to an end three troubled years at Celtic with more drama off the pitch than on it.
