After signing off last season with a 6-0 win over Motherwell Celtic opened the new campaign with a 7-0 victory away to Wiener Viktoria.Â
Joe Hart was the only player to be involved in both matches, for the first 45 minutes yesterday he had little to do as he watched his team mates rack up six goals.Â
There were debuts for Johnny Kenny and Alexandro Bernabei, the Irish teenager showed promise with two well taken goals while the Argentinian looked instantly at home as he pushed forward at every opportunity.Â

A raft of substitutes from last season B team came on after the break with Matthew Anderson, Ben Summers and Rocco Vata getting their first taste of top team football.Â
With 15 minutes left to play Vata completed the scoring, running impressively onto a great Liam Shaw through ball and showing composure with his finish.Â
On Saturday Celtic face Rapid Vienna with the clubs international contingent likely to be back on the front line.Â
