Ally McCoist has slaughtered Fashion Sakala for his assist in the Queen of the South goal at Ibrox last night.
Leading 1-0 the Zambian internationalist played the ball into space 20 yards from goal with Lee Connelly pouncing to lob the ball over Allan McGregor into the net.
Sakala has been a last choice selection under Giovanni van Bronckhorst this season with some vague reports that there is interest in signing the former Oostende forward before the window closes.
Last night’s assist is unlikely to have clubs on the phone to Ross Wilson to hammer out a deal.
What a finish that is from Lee Connelly to equalise for @OfficialQosFC! ?

Commentating on the goal McCoist said:
It’s absolutely shocking from [Fashion] Sakala, it’s a complete lapse in concentration, but take nothing away from the finish. It’s sublime by [Lee] Connelly who leaves Allan McGregor with no chance. It was a different class finish.
Queen of the South eventually lost 3-1.
“A Complete Lack of Concentration” is putting a a thick coat of paint over it!
