Benfica Youth highlight the amazing Jota stats

It is looking like a busy season ahead for Benfica Youth as they keep track of Jota and his exploits at Celtic. 

Hopes of a recall to the Stadium of Light were ended on July 1 when a permanent transfer was announced by Celtic. Even the reported 30% sell on clause isn’t providing much consolation to fans of the Lisbon club who watched the schoolboy develop his talent for over a decade with the Portuguese side. 

After sharing a couple of clips of the assists that were too much for Ross County to cope with Benfica Youth came up with a graphic that touches the surface of Jota’s impact at Celtic.

Next up for the winger is a trip to the plastic pitch of Rugby Park, just the second time domestically that Jota will have experienced that type of surface as a Celtic player. 

How he adapts to that new challenge will go a long way to deciding whether Celtic retain their 100% record this season and extend their unbeaten SPFL run to 35 matches.
