Celtic fans in the UK and Ireland will have to settle for audio coverage only of Saturday’s match away to Ross County.

With Sky Sports opting to show Sunday’s Edinburgh derby live from Easter Road Saturday’s match at the Global Energy Stadium will only be shown to international subscribers to Ross County TV and Celtic TV.

Over the last two seasons the home club has been able to sell individual matches throughout the UK with prices generally ranging from £12-25.

With all Lockdown restrictions now removed that option isn’t open meaning that only the 1,399 fans allocated a ticket by Celtic will be able to watch Saturday’s match live.

Tickets for the match can still be bought by Ross County fans from their club website but it has been made clear that non-County fans won’t be allowed into the home areas.

Last season Celtic won 2-1 away to County in December then 2-0 in April in the first post-split fixture. On August 31 Celtic are back at Dingwall in the League Cup with that match being shown live on Premier Sports.
