Three months on from their heroic defeat in the final of the Europa League Ibrox fans were back in despair again overnight.

Joining Celtic in the draw for the Champions League looks to be slipping away after the 2-2 draw at home to PSV Eindhoven.

When it comes to blame it was a case of Everyone, Anyone.

Despite his eye-catching step-overs Ryan Kent went into hiding in the second half, Malik Tillman could barely move after 60 minute and was substituted.

In defence they were all getting it. Borna Barisic played the second half as if Callum McGregor was on his shoulder, central defence is a major issue, even the gormless Scott Wright was picked on for having no technical ability.

Seven summer signings were made, each one a spectacular scoop but Rabbi ‘Usain Bolt’ Matondo and Ridvan Yilmaz, the £5m Turk, failed to get off the bench.

Old favourites Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Jack was behind van Bronckhorst throughout the match, as did the legend that is Greegsy.
