It seems that deep inside the Reach organisation there are people constantly on the search for good news about the Ibrox Tribute Act.

Celtic’s record of 10 title wins out of 11, alongside winning 14 of the last 18 domestic trophies has really impacted on morale with the Daily Record and Daily Express conjuring up good news stories for their army of readers.

Whether it is google searches, Trip Adviser reviews or obscure interpretations of UEFA co-efficient points you can count on Reach to present it in a flattering light for their friends at Ibrox.

Fortunately UEFA base their payments on real FACTS! with Celtic due to be paid around £7m more for their participation in the Champions League.

One set of statistics that the Record seem keen to avoid is falling newspaper sales with the Glasgow based publisher outdoing the industry average with circulation down 16% year on year with just 68.974 sales per day during July.

AS IT STANDS Two domestic trophies are with Celtic, one at Ibrox.
