Sky Sports Team of the Week ignores Jota and picks Kilmarnock goalkeeper!

Greg Taylor is the only Celtic player to make it into the Sky Sports SPFL Team of the Week. 

Incredibly Kilmarnock keeper Sam Walker also earns a place despite losing five goals to the champions. 

Sometimes, even in a heavy defeat, a goalkeeper can be outstanding as he keeps the score down but over the piece Walker had a day to forget. When you conceded two overhead kicks and a 25 yarder it isn’t going to be a day to remember.

Time can’t be used as an excuse with three Hearts players in the side from their 3pm kick-off against Dundee United. 

Jota’s goal at Kilmarnock yesterday was repeatedly shown on Sky Sports News but it seems that it wasn’t good enough to earn him a place in their Team of the Week. 

Next Sunday Ange Postecoglou’s squad can compare themselves directly against Hearts with Robbie Nielson bringing the side in third place to Celtic Park.
