Ange Postecoglou has named Alexandro Bernabei as a substitute against Hearts today despite the defender being arrested in the early hours of Monday morning.

The former Lanus defender is joined on the bench by Reo Hatate with the Celtic boss sticking with the side that started last week’s 5-0 win away to Kilmarnock.

The hoops have a 100% record this season and now have a 35 match unbeaten run in the SPFL which stretches back to September 2021.

Hearts lose 2-1 at Zurich in midweek and face the return tie at Tynecastle on Thursday, Kevin Clancy referees today’s match. Media favourite Andy Halliday starts for Hearts.
