One loyal bear has shared his tale of travel woe after discovering that his trip to Napoli next month won’t involve watching Tav and the lads do battle in the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
After days of pleading with UEFA that they were the club most emotionally attached to the late Monarch it was agreed that the Napoli home match was put back 24 hours with no away fans present. Instantly the Ibrox club started selling the additional tickets.
For reasons of Sporting Integrity no away fans will be allowed in for Matchday 5 in Napoli. Foror one loyal bear booked up for the Napoli trip next month it was just another brick in the wall, on top of Leverkusen ,Lyon, Dortmund and Leipzig.
Many fans had their trip to the Ajax away match cancelled with less than 12 hours notice when the club’s official travel partner called off their £629 day trip which was flying to Brussels with coach transport to Amsterdam.
Next month’s away ticket allocation to Liverpool is almost totally confined to corporate hospitality clients.
