Kyogo Furuhashi has taken to Instagram ahead of Celtic’s match against Real Madrid but fans will again have to wait till closer to kick-off time tonight to see if he is in action.

Injury concerns over the striker seem to be part and parcel of the big match build up, spectacularly in December he returned from a hamstring injury to score twice in the League Cup Final win over Hibs.

When the striker was pictured walking onto the Hampden turf the hopes of Celtic fans soared, after going behind to Hibs he scored twice to score the goals that delivered Ange Postecoglou’s first trophy.

Within a minute of kick-off in the Glasgow derby Kyogo picked up an injury, after a few minutes of treatment on his shoulder he had to make way for Giorgos Giakoumakis.

After a tumble in the post match celebrations he was back in training yesterday but his name will be the one that fans look out for when the teams are announced tonight.
