On Wednesday morning Ally McCoist was sharing his disgust at the disrespect shown to the monarchy by Celtic fans.
At Hampden hundreds of Scotland fans booed during a Minute of Applause for the queen with McCoist strangely on mute as he sat in the ITV4 commentary box.
Not a peep of criticism as the audible boos were picked up on by fans across Twitter, it was as if an embargo had been put on the issue at some point in the lead up to Wednesday’s Hampden match.
Anthony Joseph of Sky Sports News certainly heard the booing, he tweeted about it with plenty of fans adding their own comments.
For reasons known only to himself, McCoist who evaded the issue on TalkSPORT alongside Alan Brazil on Thursday morning didn’t want to touch the matter which had caused him so much ditress when it involved Celtic fans.
Pesky Celtic Fans at it again eh.
Mr Souness will have something to say im sure…then again maybe not as Mr McCoist who is sitting there has decided to say nothing….
