After a week of Celtic-bashing from many areas of the media they now have a new target for non-obedience to the monarchy.

Tonight at Hampden the SFA opted to have a Minute of Applause rather than silence to mark the death of the queen.

That was an attempt to try and drown out those opposed to the saturation devotion to the monarchy but there was clearly hundreds, possibly thousands that opted to boo while the majority clapped.

Media figures from Piers Morgan to James Whale were quick to condemn the banners and lack of respect from Celtic fans, now they can turn their attention to the saintly Scotland support.

The media often go overboard to praise the Tartan Army as they take their brand of hospitality to European outposts, now they can turn their fake grief towards the Scotland support.

Iain Maxwell left Steve Clarke to appeal to the fans to show their respect, now the SFA CEO can be expected to respond to the disrespect from large sections of the Tartan Army.
