UEFA issue anthem warning

The loyalty of the Ibrox Tribute Act will be put to the test tonight after UEFA stated that there can’t be any national anthem played over the PA system ahead of the match against Napoli.

UEFA have already agreed not to play Zodac The Priest, the long time Champions League anthem, with the archway and other trimmings taken away to create a sombre, respectful setting. Incredibly UEFA have banned Napoli fans from attending the match.

Not content with that the message coming out of Ibrox last night was that they would defy UEFA and play the British anthem to keep their supporters onside while results nose dive.

Responding to that threat, Glasgow World quotes UEFA stating:

There will be no anthems played – this also includes the Uefa Champions League anthem – on the basis of maintaining a consistent pre-match ceremony with a subdued atmosphere and without any celebratory activities across all UK venues to show respects as we did last Thursday.

Fans can sing GSTQ ad GSTK all night long but the PA system is another matter.

Unlike the SFA and SPFL with warnings of further action or being severely censured, UEFA will simply take a huge chunk of prize money from any offending club. They may also look closely at songs being sung at a stadium that had two partial closures in 2019 or examine the Financial Fair Play statements submitted to the SFA.

Oh dear this won’t go down well with the Scarecrowman aka Halloween Houston who was seen standing outside his wee bigoted shop this morning, with an ankle length Adidas 4 stripe managers jacket on looking like a jakey, all that was missing was 10p for a cup tea.
That is one seriously odd looking guy, definitely a picture on top the fireplace of this guy would definitely keep the kids away from going near.
He would even scare the Devil himself.

Sevco about to find out they can’t bully UEFA like they do the SFA

The post previously about Halloween Houston was about how ugly he is not his presence.
He definitely skelped every branch on the way down falling out of that ugly tree.
