Giovani van Bronckhorst has set out his stall in an internal war with Ross Wilson.

During the summer the Transfer Guru brought in seven new star signings but against Napoli last night the Dutchman went Back to the Future to try an end a depressing run of successive 4-0 defeats.

The band was back together as McGregor, Arfield, Jack, Davis and Morelos were on the team sheet with loanee James Sands the only player brought in despite van Bronckhorst ‘being in charge’ for two transfer windows.

Over two transfer windows Ange Postecoglou brought in starters in Joe Hart, Josip Juranovic, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Reo Hatate, Matt O’Riley, Kyogo Furuhashi, Jota, Liel Abada, Daizen Maeda and Giorgos Giakoumakis.

5 minutes 50 seconds Van Bronckhorst gets agitated when asked about Davies- and the follow-up on recruitment.

Van Bronckhorst’s refusal to play Ben Davies or Ridvan Yilmaz is creating some attention but there were five other Wilson recruits nowhere near the starting XI last night.

Antonio Colak has been playing but only because of the condition of Alfredo Morelos.

A brave face is being put on last night’s third successive hammering by most media outlets but the international break will be testing, if his side can’t get a win against Dundee United on Saturday van Bronckhorst may be looking for the next challenge in his career.

Gio Fanny is away the sevco support just don’t know it yet.
Once again the sevco team come under another Scud Misdile attack this time from Napoli after the 2 others from Celtic and Ajax who wiped the floor with them.

    I take it they were playing 4 4 3.

Suppose it’s a moot point whether the blame lies with GvB or Ross Wilson:

GvB is the one at risk of being punted in the short-term.

And is it not about time for Kenny Miller to return – yet again – to Ibrox?

This time as manager – a very cheap, compliant manager. 🙂
