Kheredine Idessane has asked more than a couple of unfortunate questions in his long broadcasting career with BBC Scotland.
Being sent around the world to follow Andy Murray must be one of the easiest shifts in sport but with that jolly almost at an end he is increasingly being used for football coverage.
In October 2001, as news emerged that Craig Brown was resigning as Scotland manager Idessane decided to ask Martin O’Neill if he’d be interested in the SFA vacancy!
It was more than just Celtic’s first ever Champions League campaign that was keeping a 49-year-old in his prime in the cut and thrust of club management rather than mixing with the SFA blazers at Hampden.
Sent to Warsaw this week to cover a football match it seems that Idessane felt that his employer was perhaps short on reaction to the death last week of a 96-year-old lady.
Jenz trying not to laugh at a bored Ange is brilliant and then came Ange’s reaction to being asked his personal reflection on Lizzie ? pic.twitter.com/6NHfmpx5VM

What a weird question to ask a football manager .Theres a want with these creeps

His question seems to have been edited out of much of the coverage of the pre-match conference, there was nothing on the BBC Scotland website.
11 minutes 30 seconds
The one and only reason a BBC Scotland reporter is asking that is an attempt to drive a wedge between the supporters and our manager. They are petrified.

“Hi Ange. Kheridine Idessane here – representing the BBC. Oh, and the Crown”. ?

Brilliant response to a ridiculous question ..

Lol a nickel&dime reporter asking a nuckel&dime question.
I thought Ange looked utterly scunnered by the whole press conference.
I think the problem is that he knows he isn’t going to be asked probing questions regarding tactics, shape, or personnel but rather inane drivel about current affairs or ticket allocations.
The guy is an Australian and they tend to give short shrift to most things Royal.
Ange was clean shaven at the beginning of this interview !
What a stupid question to ask it’s like asking where would you like your ashtray fitted on your motorbike.
Neil Warnock seen again at Auchinhowie today, there must be something going on with him there again.
Brilliant wee Coco the known over on ibrox noise is licking his wounds today, apparently the fans shouldn’t be to heavy on the punishment dished out to the team.
Wee Coco said it’s all about being back in the big time and it will take time to ajust to the quality his team are playing.
Lol this was the same BENNY that laughed at Celtic for the heavy defeats, lol but it’s a learning thing for his klub to be playing at that level.
What a clown. Can’t believe he’s getting paid for that.
And all the BBC Sports Reporters have been given the day off today. Oh Dear, no Sports Desk or sports news on BBC Scotland’s Reporting Scotland tonight. On , two three, …. Awe! Just seems to be nothing worth reporting on!!
