You’re making it worse- Chris Sutton’s plea to Daily Record chum Barry Ferguson

Chris Sutton couldn’t believe what he was reading but that is the case with many folk when they see Barry Ferguson sharing his thoughts in the Daily Record.

Whatever the topic you can be sure that wee Barry will remind the Record’s aging army of readers that he is a pure Rainjurz man, a true blue that lives and breathes the club. Even though he twice walked away from his beloved Ibrox.

After setting himself up for a fall with his claims about Plan A Ange and his superior opponent in the Ibrox dug-out Ferguson had two sensible options.

a) Go into hiding for a week, let the Champions League take over and pick up on that

b) Admit you got it badly wrong,’big Ange’ is a good manager with a good squad of players that are superior to the collection at Ibrox.

Barry being Barry he chose his own way.

With every passing comment Ferguson’s makes him more unemployable in football management, his future as a pundit is starting to look questionable, even in Scotland.
