Celtic have never been spoken about- watch obsessed John Lundstram’s post match rant

The most straightforward and standard of questions seemed to strike a raw nerve for John Lundstram.

With the two Glasgow clubs rarely playing at the same time a win for one side the day ahead of the other being in action usually inflicts a little pressure.

At lunchtime on Saturday Celtic were four points ahead in the SPFL Premiership race, by tea-time the lead was cut down to one.

Suggesting that shift would put pressure on Celtic brought a very spiky reply from Lundstram who managed to mention the unmentionable five times in one answer!

Celtic have never been spoken about. Not once in our dressing room.

We don’t need to speak about Celtic. When we’re not playing Celtic there’s no need for us to speak about them.

We’re four points behind Celtic off our own back – nothing to do with Celtic. They beat us 4-0 away from home because we didn’t perform. It’s on us – it’s nothing to do with them.

So that’s that, according to Lundstrum Celtic won’t be mentioned until shortly before Ange Postecoglou’s side visit Ibrox on January 2.
