Icing on the cake- the moment at Livingston today that Celtic fans lapped up

There was one special moment of cheer for Celtic fans during the today’s win away to Livingston.

Late in the first half with the hoops clearing their lines Aaron Mooy wiped out Willie Collum as he raced out of the penalty box. As the dithering official crashed onto the plastic surface there was that mixture of laughing and cheering all around the ground.

Barely a match seems to pass without Collum getting in the way, usually blocking a pass around the penalty box when he can appear to be an extra defender to negotiate around.

After more than a decade of honest mistakes seeing the attention seeking referee fall to the ground was one of a few highlights in Celtic’s 3-0 victory.

From 75% possession of the ball Celtic had the same amount of free-kicks, 15, awarded against them as Livi with Greg Taylor, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Moritz Jenz all booked.
