Celtic fans won’t be allowed to attend tomorrow’s UEFA Youth League match at the Estadio Alfredo Stefano.
Around 10,000 Celtic fans are expected in the Spanish capital tomorrow but going on previous experiences little more than 100 would be spending the build up to the match watching an u-19 match that is played five hours before the main event.
With less than 1,900 tickets allocated directly to Celtic for the match in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium some fans might have been thinking of taking in the Youth League tie.
Ironically di Stefano requested that Celtic provide the opposition for his benefit match in 1967 but at the ground named after him hoops fans won’t be welcome.

The match will be shown live on Celtic TV with a 1pm kick-off local time, the young Celtis will be looking for a big improvement on the match between the two teams in September which Real won 6-0 at Airdrie.
