BBC Scotland in meltdown over Beale Mania

The Sports Desk at BBC Scotland just couldn’t work out what was the main story from their troll of old school media this morning.

Rather than nail things down to two or three Ibrox related stories they opted to go for a not so magnificent seven before picking up on the trivial matter of Celtic possibly signing an actual footballer.

Whatever angle you want on Micky Beale you can select from the BBC Scotland menu which has a few contrasting options.

Top of the list is from The Sun with a claim that QPR will give the Ibrox mob permission to speak to Beale in the next 24 hours which would suggest movement today.

TalkSPORT, a rival broadcaster to the BBC, are thinking along similar lines but the Daily Record has applied the handbrake with other candidates under consideration.

Tomorrow on Sportsound Kenny Mac will have some of his heroes in the studio to discuss all the exciting news from Ibrox.
