Liel Abada certainly enjoyed his stoppage time goal against Dundee United today- even if it cost him a booking and an anxious VAR wait.

Kyogo Furuhashi had edged Celtic in front with a stoppage time header but the way that the match had gone nothing was certain even with a lead in the 93rd minute.

Abada was sent on alongside Kyogo after 65 to take over from Sead Haksabanovic and Giorgos Giakoumakis. Deeper into injury time he joined his Japanese team-mate on the score-sheet.

Kyogo managed to contain his celebrations to the playing surface but the roar of the crowd proved too much for the young Israeli to resist. He was all in.

The shirt was off, he brushed aside a steward and stood high milking the cheers from on top of an advertising hoarding, jumped briefly in with the fans then out again to be mobbed by team-mates.

With a booking to his name the final whistle blew, when Abada returned for the lap of honour the gap at the top of the SPFL Premiership table had been stretched.

Abada has scored three times in three home matches against United as well as a second half hat-trick at Tannadice in August.
