BT Sport release video clip of that Alfredo Morelos miss against Ajax

Last night home made videos of Alfredo Morelos’ miss against Ajax were being deleted from Twitter due to copyright issues.

The morning after the miss before BT Sport has done the decent thing by releasing their own clip of the chunky Colombian failing to find the net when presented with an open goal.

Coming off the bench late in the match it looked like Morelos’ moment had finally arrived when he pressurised Remko Pasveer into a slip.

With the Ajax keeper on the deck the Ibrox star just needed to shift his body into position to face goal and roll the ball into the empty net, add a Champions League goal to his collection from Europa League qualifiers.

Struggling with weight issues all year Morelos couldn’t get his body into position, he snatched at his effort and the ball rolled past the post.

With two goals this season and two Champions League sitters on his show-reel it is going to be harder than ever in January for Morelos’ agent to find a club prepared to indulge his client.
