Former BBC Scotland reporter Fraser Fletcher has been all over the place as he shares his Ibrox obsession across Twitter.

For absolutely no known reasons Fletcher was given a stint on The Nine, the flagship BBC Scotland programme that attracted an audience that wouldn’t even half fill Ibrox.

In July last year The National reported:

Gary Smith, head of news and current affairs at BBC Scotland, said average audience figures for the show are “about 20,000”, adding that this is “very good for a news programme on a digital channel”.

Across Twitter Fletcher pretends to have an interest in football overall but struggles to keep that claim together, recently digging out an old shirt and tie that an Uncle used every day during a 30 year stint at Ibrox.

A soon as van Bronckhorst was sacked Fletch jumped on board with Sean Dyche but has switched horse to go with Micheal Beale ‘from what I’m hearing’.

After his team lost to St Johnstone the wanna-be reporter opened his You Tube offering by discussing Duncan Ferguson followed by Steven Gerrard.

Following whatever name is in the frame across social media seems to be ‘from what I’m hearing’ meanwhile his club is closer to third place than top with trips coming up away to Aberdeen and Ross County before Christmas Day.
