The Sun has published a story based on the angry views of a QPR fan about Mick Beale’s hasty departure to Ibrox.

So far almost all of the Scottish media coverage has been drooling reports of the incredible talents of the 42-year-old who has been in front line management for just 22 games.

The last five matches brought four defeats and a draw and came after loyal Mick explained why he turned down the chance to be interviewed for the manager’s job at Wolves.

That was quickly followed by a visit to Ibrox that has trashed the reputation of the 42-year-old as he undermined a fellow manager under pressure.

The Glasgow based QPR fan seems to have captured the feelings of many supporters but with over £1m in compensation his club are in a better position today than they were when their manager was touting himself for offers from elsewhere.

Beale and his ace team of assistants have been given three and a half year contracts, just like Team Gio a year ago.
