Celtic’s B team made it back-to-back wins with a 3-0 win away to East Stirling last night.

Ben Summers and Bruno Davidson scored in the first half as the young Celts picked up on the lessons of the UEFA Youth League to become more forceful at a lower level.

Summers sent in an unstoppable 25 yarder while Davidson used great trickery on the right to create an opening with finishing to match.

On Saturday the much hyped Broomhill were well beaten at Airdrie, with their full time training and preparations the young Celts followed that up by beating East Stirling to move into seventh place in the Lowland League with games in hand over most of the teams above them.

Rocco Vata scored Celtic’s third just past the hour mark showing quick feet and a finish that wouldn’t be out of place in the first team.

On Saturday  the team is back in action away to Edinburgh University with their Lowland League fixtures continuing through the World Cup.

Celtic: Morrison, McPherson, Otoo, Robertson (Anderson 62’), Corr, Murphy (Thomson 62’), Davidson, Kelly, Vata, Summers (Letsosa 60′), Quinn (Dawson 62’).
