Celtic were trailing 4-3 to Rennais at half time in their friendly match in Portugal this morning.
Without four World Cup players it seems that the Celtic’s got caught cold by their French opponents following five days of training in the Algarve.
Celtic have kept their activities for the week very low key without a single comment, tweet or video clip emerging from Ange Postecoglou’s squad.
No Scottish reporters have been with the club in France but Nicolas Mangeard of Ouest France has been providing coverage, including video clips on Twitter.

Although it isn’t a competitive match Ange Postecoglou has made his attitude clear from day one, training sessions are the real deal and anyone not tuning in won’t be part of his plans.
Celtic were 4-1 down after 37 minutes but a double from O’Riley either side of a goal from Kyogo made things more respectable and sets up an interesting team talk and second half.
