  1. Ah ,the BBC in Scotland are a proper old stickler for fairness eh , especially Celtic v the Rangers ! Yesterday’s coverage of Sportsound had McIntyre , English , Ex the Rangers employee Rory Loy , MC Cann and Leann Crichton for the Rangers duties . Then on the Celtic end we had … Pat Bonnar ! Nice and even as ever, from the national broadcaster …

  2. We have to use the Rugby format for relaying information to the fans . It is open and fair … the paying fans deserve at least to be in on what decisions are being made, and why .
The fact that it can’t be done in a much richer ( financially) game of football , only adds a sinister aspect to the process … why the secrecy? Let’s just shake on it , shall we …

    1. Whats the use of var if its not used properly by the ref and its operator ” penalty given by bad eye sight blueton was a foul by the rangers player if you really look how his foot is on top of starfelt boot .then sub goalie goldglove 2 hand balls in penalty area no action by ref and wee wullie var corruption or just useless officals.blue beale does really talk a load of bollcks also why did sky not really check the hand ball offences in more detail.

  3. OK, maybe phantasy stuff.
Someone, somewhere can hack into anything. That’s a given. The Pentagon, NHS, banks. You name it.
    VAR must be easy.
How about a Celtic minded hacker breaks in, compiles evidence and after a really significant “error” which affects a significant number of clubs he/she releases the evidence onto social media?

  4. This is fast becoming the years of honest mistakes,, and it will continue, and(impartial) comentators wil find ways of explaining it away,

  5. Is anyone really surprised that BBC Scotland & Foster would see nothing wrong with the blatant denial of a penalty to us? Goldson not only raised his hands to his face & the ball but actually pushed the ball upwards with his hands which cameras & subsequent photos show to be the case.
In light of these facts which would have been obvious to Collum (the VAR) & Beaton, had he bothered to review the incident, it is obvious that a penalty should have been awarded.
The Board should demand a detailed account of why it wasn’t – given the previous ridiculous penalties awarded against us for supposed handballs (Bernabei & O’Riley).

  6. Hun media really busy , ramping it up , getting it out there that the most blatant handball you’ll see wasn’t a penalty

    1. Yep – and tragically Harold The Celtic Board will give them the best harmony – tea n’ biscuits, nice wee munchies, probably a complimentary bar etc etc…

Thank Goodness I’m not paying to watch the cheating on the park any more, though I do still support Celtic by buying merchandise – any private T – Shirt manufacturer could make a killing finiancially from Celtic fans by production of Bent SFA, Bent SPFL, Bent Referee’s, Bent VAR attire for sale to Hoops fans with a mindset like mine to wear !

I just pay money over the turnstiles to see The Mighty Clachnacuddin FC these days – at least the officials are 99.9% honest in The Highland League…

  7. Without question if that game was at the World Cup Celtic would of had two penalties and ‘rangers’ would not of had theirs ?

  8. This is now a national football scandal. It is clearly bent, and we are all getting taken for mugs.John Beaton can clearly be seen mouthing “it’s no doon to me”.Sorry??? what the referee. The more they get away with this the more brazen they become, because they know there is zero accountability.

  9. First things first Starfelt didn’t have a challenge he slid in and the player stood on his ankle clearly shown on replay.
If blocking a ball on target with both hands isn’t a penalty we’d be aswell giving up with VAR.
Having 2 Huns on the BBC to try and convince us otherwise is just convincing us more of their bias.

  10. instead of using his hands to save ball hitting his face in the same time frame could he not have bent his head and headed ball away.

  11. How can the media explain away 2 blatant handball offences and a penalty in which Sakala’s foot was clearly the offender!
Am I missing something or is VAR another tool in the Hun armoury !
They are trying everything to derail the Champions in order to hand newco another tainted title!
VAR is being used to help newco and its blatant!

  12. There was always going to be dodgy decisions. Both penalty decisions were wrong and suited the same side. Use of VAR was selective. 700 Celtic fans defrauded.

  13. Defund and disband the BBC (Bluenose Broadcasting Cabal) Sevco now. Why the hell pay for crap we don’t watch. Bluenose propaganda at its worst.
