The deluded Ibrox Noise website has been publishing claims from their ‘inside sources’.

Apparently EPL clubs are all over Micky Beale’s squad with bids submitted for Connor Goldson, Fashion Sakala and Glen Kamara!

Last summer as a free agent there wasn’t a sniff of interest in Goldson forcing the former Shrewsbury starlet back to Ibrox to sign a four year deal on vastly improved terms. Goldson’s Champions League performances are unlikely to have generated fresh interest.

Sakala was signed from Oostende on a free transfer in the summer of 2021, blootering a few shots into the stand and winning penalties isn’t likely to attract much interest from the EPL when a star like Ryan Kent is available for free on a pre-contract deal.

Feeding the delusions, on Saturday Ibrox Noise exclusively revealed:

Sources today tell Ibrox Noise that Rangers have turned down two significant bids for Fashion Sakala and Connor Goldson from Premier League clubs.

The in-form striker, who has benefited hugely from new manager Michael Beale’s coaching, is said to be interesting a number of clubs down south, with bright performances the past month or two and an excellent goal haul, and it’s been told that there has definitely been a bid, less than £5M, turned down recently for the Zambian hitman.

As for Goldson, he has finally attracted the kind of interest he was hoping for last summer, with Premier League sides well aware of him, and it being suggested that at least one bid arrived for him, one being from a London-based club, and was turned down as well. Goldson is on a four-year deal and the club is said to value him very highly indeed.

There is also said to be some interest in wantaway Glen Kamara, with his ability and reputation well-known, and he is one who could well attract a bid before the end of the window – as a well-established international, the former Dundee man hasn’t been shy about wanting to test himself in the Premier League or any European top league, and he may well get interest in those areas over the next week.

With Joe Aribo and Nathan Patterson heading for the Championship with Southampton and Everton it is even less likely that EPL clubs will be interested in the overpaid serial losers at Ibrox.

A Twitter or Google search for Calvin Bassey and Ajax would also raise a number of red flags with last season’s Dutch champions lingering in fifth place in the Eredivisie.

Don’t take any notice of this mad glue sniffer after all he was the BANGER that quoted over a £100 million for Fatso to Barca or Real Madrid and Kamara to Juve and Kent to Bayern all bringing in over a £100 million in total transfer fees.

Mind you, Goldson would do a fine job as goalie at some cash strapped English outfit.

Some of his saves this season have been fantastic.
