Adam Montgomery is expected to return to St Johnstone for a second loan spell with Callum Davidson.
There has been no official announcement from St Johnstone but a report in The Courier has the defender in contention for a place against Livingston today.
Montgomery was pictured training with Celtic earlier in the week with his loan to St Johnstone expiring at the turn of the year.
Making 17 appearances in the SPFL and League Cup is exactly the sort of experience that Celtic and the player required with just a few formalities to be completed before agreeing a second loan.

Having played for St Johnstone in the League Cup Montgomery wouldn’t have been eligible to play against Kilmarnock in today’s semi-final.
Alexandro Bernabei is expected to play at left-back with Ange Postecoglou hopeful that Greg Taylor will soon be back to full fitness.
