The Daily Record and Football Scotland have quickly pulled a story about Micky Beale’s reaction to Celtic’s second goal at Ibrox on Monday.
James Tavernier seemed mesmerised as Jota drifted past him, Borna Barisic was two yards behind his defensive colleagues while Ryan Jack was brushed aside by Giorgos Giakoumakis as Kyogo Furuhashi was teed up for the equaliser.
It seems that Andy Halliday has been in touch with some of his old team-mates, he played with nine of Monday’s starters, and has spilled the beans on Beale’s after match reaction.
