Micky Beale has confirmed that ‘new signing’ Nicolas Raskin doesn’t have a work permit.
It seems that the SFA were happy to register the transfer from Standard Liege without the proper paperwork with the transfer deadline closing at midnight on Tuesday.
The SFA have a long established relaxed approach to registration matters at Ibrox while hammering clubs from elsewhere.
Reflecting on the transfer window The Sun reports Beale saying:

This is ridiculous, you still count 150 years for a club that died, even when they started in the lower league as sevco, now you are trying your hardest to help them win the league with your blatant blind eye shit that the world can see making a mockery of Scottish football.
