Celtic confirm defender’s SPFL transfer
Celtic have confirmed the loan transfer of Ewan Otoo to Dunfermline Athletic until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old has been a regular in the B team playing in the Lowland League, sharing the captaincy with Matthew Anderson.
Stepping up to play for the League One leaders is exactly the type of test that he requires as he attempts to bridge the gap from playing in the Academy into the senior game.

Two years ago Otoo crammed 15 appearances into two months on loan at Clyde, now playing in front of fans for a side leading League One by four points and playing in front of supporters will provide a different challenge.
Dunfermline boss James McPake was very complimentary about the Celtic B side that his team defeated in the SPFL Challenge Cup back in November.
Should Dunfermline win promotion back to the Championship there could be other young Celts heading to East End Park on loan.
