Sead Haksabanovic appears to have come through Montenegro’s European Championship defeat to Serbia without injury.

The Celtic winger played for 76 minutes, two minutes after being substituted Dusan Vlahovic opened the scoring for Serbia with the Juventus striker scoring deep into stoppage time to secure the points for the visitors.

Haksabanovic will return to Glasgow today to prepare for a vital month at Celtic with Ange Postecoglou having to do a head count on his squad, especially his wingers. On Friday the former Rubin Kazan winger was substituted at half-time in the win away to Bulgaria.

Liel Abada and Daizen Maeda both reported for international duty but were unable to play due to injury.

Jota was the only Celtic winger not on international duty with the former Benfica man set to play a central role in the month ahead which starts at Ross County on Sunday.

Postecoglou has one more night of international football to get through before he can start to place names on his team sheet for Dingwall in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
