2. The Taxman is not to blame for the demise of Rangers, that was down to David Murray who chased the impossible dream by spend spend spend money the club did not generate.
   The Rangers (impersonators) who operate from ibrox have also spent spent spent to a lower scale but can also be deemed wreckless in their duty to the fans who follow them.
   The unpaid money to many establishmments resulted in the death of Rangers.
