Joe Hart, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Yuki Kobayashi took a break from preparing to face Ross County on Sunday to meet up with Celtic fans in Dublin.

JD Sport arranged the event, following on from similar meetings in Sydney and Belfast that allowed local fans to meet and question some of Ange Postecoglou’s squad.

Although Celtic’s Irish links are obvious at every home match a visit to Dublin will quickly reinforce the extent of the connection and the strength of support that Celtic draw from all over Ireland.

After the trip it would have been back home ahead of Thursday training as Postecoglou’s squad gets together after international duties across the globe.

As well as those fitness issues the club’s medical staff will be checking on Aaron Mooy and Reo Hatate as the hoops prepare for a vital month that starts in Dingwall and comes to a close at Hampden with a Scottish Cup semi-final.
