Postecoglou to Palace? EPL template is off and running

Last week it was Spurs, today it is Crystal Palace.
There are maybe another half dozen clubs out there ready to be slotted into the Ange Postecoglou transfer template.
Just before 9am this morning Crystal Palace tweeted that they had sacked Patrick Veira as their manager.
It didn’t take long for the Glasgow Times and Scottish Sun to scramble into action, calling in their sources inside Selhurst Park.
Using the same basis as the links to Leeds United and others earlier this season the news was out there, strangely Londoner Micky Beale hasn’t been mentioned in relation to the Palace vacancy.

Almost certainly someone will ask Postecoglou about Palace at his lunchtime media conference, his reaction is likely to be similar to last week’s rolling of the eyes about Spurs.
