Ange Postecoglou has given an interesting insight into his views on management to Celtic TV.

The hoops boss is without doubt a one off, throughout the interview he stresses the need to be yourself when you put yourself into a management position.

With all aspiring coaches having to go through coaching courses it appears that personality can be stamped out as they follow a template into a very unique business.

Postecoglou remains on a 12 month rolling contract, unlike many others in football management he appears to have no insecurity about that status. He has trust and confidence in himself without at any stage bordering on arrogance.

After the contrasting approaches of Brendan Rodgers and Neil Lennon Celtic appear to have struck gold with an Australian that is now in his 26th year in the business, whenever the day comes it is going to take someone with big personality to take over at Celtic from Postecoglou but without any doubt they will inherit a club and squad that is unrecognisable from the shambles that the current boss inherited less than two years ago.
