Joe Hart, Alistair Johnston, Tomoki Iwata and Jota were among the team-mates piling into Alexandro Bernabei’s Instagram to celebrate his first Celtic goal.
The £3.5m summer signing from Argentina has spent most of his time watching Greg Taylor excelling at left-back but for the second match running he was given a half hour run out in Dingwall.
A dead-leg forced the former Kilmarnock man off, with a slender 1-0 lead there was a lot of work for Celtic to do with the match extended into eight minutes of added time by Willie Collum.
While the forwards and midfielders passed up chances Bernabei only needed one look at goal to kill the game off to the delight of the fans behind Ross Laidlaw’s goal- and his team-mates.
Taylor is expected to be fit for Saturday’s derby match but with a goal to his name Bernabei will be feeling more at home in Ange Postecoglou’s squad with the reaction of his team-mates at the match and on Instagram highlighting the popularity of Celtic’s first Argentinian.
