Beale’s surprise confession on Kent and Morelos

- Micky Beale has admitted that no contract offers have been put to Alfredo Morelos.
Both men signed long term contracts but will be able to walk away as free agents at the end of this month.
The period when there is 18 to 12 months left on a contract is critical, once the final year gets underway the player holds all the aces.
Kent and Morelos have been selected whenever available by Beale who will have to rebuild his forward line almost from scratch during the summer.

We haven’t come forward with a contract offer for either of them. And both of them have been free to speak to other clubs for a while now. We have had the conversations and we’re mutually in the same place about what should happen.
Ryan Jack, Scot Arfield, Steve Davis, Filip Helander and Allan McGregor are also out of contract.
