It was party time at Tynecastle yesterday as Celtic beat Hearts 2-0 to win the SPFL Premiership title.

Second half goals from Kyogo Furuhashi and Oh Hyeon-gyu in front of the 1,200 visiting fans made it 31 wins, two draws and a single defeat for Ange Postecoglou’s side.

After the final whistle the party got underway at three venues, on the pitch in front of the fans, a little more privately in the dressing room before the drive along the M8 to be met by thousands of fans at Celtic Park.

For Aaron Mooy, Alexandro Bernabei, Oh, Sead Haksabanovic, Yuki Kobayashi and Tomoki Iwata it was their first title win as Celtic players.

There are still two major SPFL celebrations with 60,000 welcoming the champions home against St Mirren on May 20 with presentation day a week later when Aberdeen are the visitors.
