Fresh from his criticism of how some Celtic fans acted at the weekend Humza Yousaf will be appearing live on Super Scoreboard tonight.

Whether Scotland’s First Minister will be taking phone calls from random fans isn’t known but it seems that he is showing a keen interest in football matters since Celtic fans partied in The Trongate.

There were clearly a couple of regrettable incidents but that is a feature of life in cities the world over.

Earlier this month fans around the world marvelled at the city wide celebrations in Naples as their football club won Serie A for the first time this century. There wasn’t much coverage to local politicians upset by traffic issues caused by the celebrations.

Super Scoreboard host Gordon Duncan is a master of keeping everyone well behaved on the two hour long show, the five second delay before broadcast comes in handy when some callers forget that they are live on air, there is likely to be a spike in interest tonight to hear what Scotland’s First Minister has to say on the nation’s favourite sport.
