John Terry, Shay Given and Gael Clichy celebrate Celtic’s Trophy Day

Some of the biggest names in the history of the EPL joined in with Celtic’s title celebrations.

Joe Hart has 1.4m followers on Instagram, as well as providing enormous reach the goalkeeper is followed by many of his former team-mates.

Eleven years ago Hart and Gael Clichy were in the Manchester City side that had to go deep into stoppage time before Sergio Aguero found the QPR net to create a moment of footballing and broadcast history.

Since that triumph the EPL trophy has rarely strayed far from the Etihad.

Between then Shay Given and John Terry have collected 212 international caps, both had an eye on their old team-mate as he collected another title winners medal at the age of 36.

Terry was part of the Leicester management team that was relegated from the EPL today while Given concentrates his time on a range of media activities.

Hart’s season is far from over, on Saturday he goes to Hampden looking to complete his Scottish medal collection by helping Celtic to victory over Inverness Caley Thistle.
