It has been a long hard season for Ange Postecoglou, dealing with the contrived questioning at media conferences from reporters who only have an interest elsewhere in the city.

Towards the end of the World Cup break some zoomer asked the Celtic boss what changes he expected from the change of manager at Ibrox. With three other matches to deal with the Celtic boss admitted that he had given it less thought that what he was having for dinner tonight.

Over the last few weeks, from the moment that Celtic won the semi-final tie in the Scottish Cup, most of the comment on the sports desks has been about the Micky Beale Revolution.

Trawling through free agents from the English Championship is unlikely to drum up excitement but they are trying their best to polish up Kieran Dodwell and Dujon Sterling.

Neither player has signed. Beale may have stared into their eyes, whispered in their ears but so far no deals have been announced.

The mindset that thinks Ange Postecoglou is going to open up and discuss the strengths of two possible signs really is something to behold. Fortunately there are only two more matches this season for Ange to preview.

Joe McHugh has been Video Celts since 2010, every day covering events in and around Scotland's most successful club.
When a six year stretch at the Sunday Mirror came to an end it was clear that the future was digital, print had ran its race.
Smart phones and social media created a new landscape, Video Celts has certainly made an impact with Joe described as having an unhealthy obsession by Peter Lawwell at the 2024 Celtic AGM. A priceless endorsement, cheers big man.
There are issues breaking around the clock, no two days are the same more than 50 years on from his first match Joe is enjoying every success for Scotland's Most Successful Club.

Thanks for highlighting this video celts otherwise I’d never know…

Ange has the imbeciles in his every pocket thankfully…

Suicide watch required among the Main Stream Scottish Media If Celtic (hopefully) prevail on 3rd June to a world record 8th treble…

If one did it – it’d be one less idiotic clown for Ange to face next season !
