Kevin Clancy will referee Celtic’s match at Hibs on Wednesday- his first hoops appointment since the Glasgow Derby at the start of April.

That performance was heavily criticised by Micky Beale who was upset that an effort from Alfredo Morelos was disallowed after Alastair Johnston was pulled and pushed just outside the six yard box.

There were reports of threats made to Clancy and his family following that match.

Clancy was on VAR duty the weekend after the Glasgow Derby but has been back on duty in the Premiership, on Saturday he refereed the match between Hearts and Aberdeen.

Andrew Dallas will be watching the Easter Road action from the VAR studio with Steven Kirkland on the line as fourth official.

Ange Postecoglou will host a media conference later today to give updates on injuries with less than two weeks to go before the Scottish Cup Final.
