Soon after the final whistle at Tynecastle today crowds started to gather outside of Celtic Park.
The celebrations were underway in the away dressing room but a massive reception party was gathering along the M8 to welcome home the newly crowned SPFL Premiership champions.
A 2-0 win thanks to second half goals from Kyogo Furuhashi and Oh Hyeon-gyu settled the issue as Ange Postecoglou’s side racked up their 31st SPFL win of the season, backed up by two draws and one defeat.

The announcement of the post split Premiership fixtures meant that just over 1,200 Celtic fans were inside Tynecastle ahead of Saturday’s complete ban on away fans at Ibrox.
Fans had to make do with Sky Sports’ coverage from Tynecastle before kicking off their own celebrations.
With two trophy wins so far this season attention is now switching towards June 3 at Hampden and the opportunity to win the club’s eighth treble, the fifth on seven years.
