Celtic’s horror kit release has got real with pictures surfacing of fans wearing the 23/24 home kit from Adidas.
For years Celtic fans pined for a deal with the iconic three stripes but in season four expectations haven’t been met as the kit manufacturer insists on tinkering with the iconic hoops.
Around a month ago some images started to appear showing the jaggy hoops with bizarre patterning featuring shades of green.
Most fans dismissed it, accompanied by heavy black stripes, a black Adidas logo alongside the gold of sponsors Dafabet it looked like a dodgy Turkish job or from a Primary School competition.

Yesterday Celtic went very close to confirming their new look, social media wasn’t impressed.
Normally there would be a stampede to get hold of the new kit followed by images on social media showing off the latest set of hoops.
This time around Celtic and Adidas could discover a bit of a backlash.
#Celtic PLC & #Adidas have combined to come up with this sacrilege of a shirt. Black collar, cuffs & side strip… ???? #Hoops with a squiggly outline & shell-pattern. This is not a classic Celtic shirt, it’s a jazzed-up Adidas T-shirt & it’s snide. Nil Points from this jury. ?? pic.twitter.com/UNRMqXMylB
