Vata made four substitute appearances for Celtic last season but the signings of Marco Tilio and Yang hyun-jun suggested that he wasn’t going to be kicking on this term.
A third season playing in the Lowland League isn’t going to develop his career with a transfer with multiple add-ons looking like the best solution for both parties.
