Following the company line, Kheredine Idessane had to interview Brendan Rodgers after Celtic’s 3-0 win against Livingston.
With Kenny Macintyre pulling the strings in the studio there was a very definite line to go down when speaking to the manager of the SPFL leaders.
Sixteen points from six matches is decent going in any league, even more so when the fixture list sends you away from home to the sides that finished last season in second and third place.
Of course it was a negative line from the BBC reporter, having been round the block before Rodgers knew what to expect and summed up the question with the words that Idessane was dancing around.
Give them nothing, Brendan.

IDESSANE: Five wins and a draw, that is quite a wee head of steam and a bit of momentum that you are getting on…
RODGERS: Supposedly we are struggling, we’re supposed to be struggling?
Tennis is of course the sport that interests Idessane who got to travel the world reporting on Andy Murray, last year he seemed especially impacted by the death of an old lady from London and felt the need to share his grief with Ange Postecoglou.
With the SPFL having a contract with BBC Scotland Celtic are obliged to provide pre and post match interviews with their manager and a player.
Celtic’s all-in media conferences remain out of bounds to BBC Scotland with no explanation yet made over why they have been removed from the invite list.
Jenz trying not to laugh at a bored Ange is brilliant and then came Ange’s reaction to being asked his personal reflection on Lizzie ? pic.twitter.com/6NHfmpx5VM

Great put down for another of the many many imbeciles at BBC Scotland football department !
Lizzie. Is that whiskey in the jar?
BBC Scotland are now an irrelevance as far as most supporters of Scottish teams.
Except the team from Govan. A jobcentre for ex employees.
